Rick Allen's story
Are you looking for the worlds best snuggle buddy? Look no further! Rick Allen was rescued by the Beagle Buddies when he came into the Fort Worth shelter with a broken leg. Although his leg was too badly damaged to be fixed, he hasnt let that slow him down one bit! He has no trouble running, climbing stairs, and, of course, jumping into your bed at night to sleep next to you. Rick has been friendly to everyone hes met and enjoys playing with his foster dog sisters as well. He could live in either a house or apartment - hes not a big barker or howler. He will need a secure area to play in, though - he does enjoy a little bit of digging (even with just one front leg!) As long as you keep an eye on him, hes fine and won't dig out. Hes crate trained and potty trained in his foster home. Rick is about 4 years old, neutered, up to date on shots, and has been treated for heartworms. Dont miss out on this sweet boy - hes a once in a lifetime companion! If you're interested in meeting Rick, please apply at /adopt!
